Destas Vish

On the opposite side of Doshad is a large continent, the largest of them all that is referred to as Destas Vish, The Black Continent.

Very few have been to this continent and survived, those who have came back changed. It is considered a dark and evil place with "dark magics" being practiced there.

The area was once mapped out by one of The Keepers earlier into their culture, this same expedition brought tattooing to The Keepers who applied it to their culture (when they master a path of knowledge they are tattooed to signify their mastery over it, this leads to them being called "Inkskins" by others).

Religion

The population of Destas Vish worship the void (space) the all consuming darkness that they believe will envelope all.

The Black King

At some point in history, the King of the Black Empire at that time learned of the other islands from an outsider. The King decided they should be conquered and added to the Black Empire. He sailed east to wage a war. He was eventually defeated and locked away within the Black Tomb. His sword was set as the key to the tomb and was hidden away the people worried that if it was opened the Black King would walk again to wage war on the islands.

Sword finds its way to Keith who has it displayed in Cass not knowing what it is at first.

Void Shrines

During the Black King's war he established Void Shrines on the islands he passed through, all of these shrines were later destroyed, only one remains on Visharam which was kept by The Keepers to study.
